JOB DESCRIPTION

The assistant/e-manager is mainly responsible for assisting the manager in the planning, organization, and control of operational activities and human resources management while ensuring that service to Exemplary clientele is offered to customers. All while respecting the standards established by the Jean Coutu Group, the franchisor.
The assistant/e-manager is responsible, among other things, for:
Provide exemplary customer service Plan, distribute and supervise the work to be done to the employees under his responsibility. See to the opening and closing and ensure the proper functioning and cleanliness of the pharmacy. Assist the manager to maintain a commercial image that respects the standards of the Jean Coutu Group

Education: None
Experience: 7 to 11 months of experience
French language: Very good knowledge
English language: Basic knowledge
